Employers and volunteers

Our aim is to engage with businesses to support young people preparing for the world of work. We work with a group of enthusiastic volunteers and inspirers, who work with the education sector to support careers related activities, such as career talks, work place visits, mentoring, networking and enterprise projects.

In addition to being an inspirer, it’s also possible to become an Enterprise Adviser (EA).  This is a voluntary role that works closely with the Careers Leader or Senior Leadership Team of a school or college to provide strategic support. You will use your business experience and professional networks to help develop and implement an effective strategy that puts opportunities with local employers at the heart of a young person's education.

Whether you would like to take on an official role as an Enterprise Adviser (EA) or help with general employer engagement activities; we need your help to raise young people’s aspirations and make them aware of what your sector and role entails.
